IEC air cooled compressors are engineered for economy, durability and easy operation. For the range of compressors illustrated in this brochure, we have established efficient and world class quality products. These compressors are available as Bare, Base frame mounted or ready to use receiver mounted units.
Construction Features:
Crankcase
|
The pressure tight crankcase is high grade cast iron.
|
Crankshaft
|
Thoroughly well balanced crank pink with integral counter weights to ensure balanced and smooth operation.
|
Cylinders
|
Precious bored and honed to desired smooth finish to give redured friction, wear and tear. Cylinders are detachable from crankcase for cleaning , inspection and servicing.
|
Piston
|
They are matched for smooth and vibration free operation. Short piston strokes and low piston speed reduces heat generation and decreases power losses.
|
Valves
|
Valves open and close quickly which results in high efficiency. Totally maintenance free.
|
Fly wheel cum Fan
|
Well balanced to ensure vibration free and smooth running of compressors and effective cooling of the cylinders.
